ICP 9 Supervisory review and reporting

The version of ICPs adopted in November 2019 has been used as the basis for this self-assessment.
Please note that the Self-Assessment Tool does not include open-ended questions. A comprehensive questionnaire for thematic reviews and the aggregate report presenting the peer-reviewed results (March 2023) are available here.
